Jim “Marco” Marcotuli
President and Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chairman

Jim “Marco” Marcotuli was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Remington Outdoor Company (ROC) and Interim Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors in June 2015. He first joined ROC as co-lead director in September 2014, and since that time has spearheaded a series of operational improvements across the Company with an emphasis on ensuring consistently high quality manufacturing, an enhanced customer experience and more efficient operations.

Mr. Marcotuli is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of professional experience managing companies both domestically and internationally, predominately in the aerospace and automotive industries. He most recently served as President and CEO of North American Bus Industries (NABI), where he successfully increased the Company’s market share while significantly growing earnings and revenue.

Mr. Marcotuli is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.


James P. “Jim” Campbell
Vice Chairman

Jim Campbell was appointed Vice Chairman of the Remington Outdoor Company in June 2015. He first joined ROC as lead director in May 2012 with a strategic focus on enhancing ROC’s customer and industry relationships.

Mr. Campbell previously worked for more than 30 years at General Electric Company, including 10 years as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Appliances & Lighting, an $8 billion global business with 27,000 employees in more than 100 locations around the world. Mr. Campbell also served as a member of GE Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jeffrey Immelt’s Corporate Executive Council.

Mr. Campbell earned his MBA. in Marketing Management from Hofstra University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from St. John's University.
